Located along US Highway 24 between St. Marys and Belvue, this stone arch bridge crosses Riley Creek just west of Pleasant View Road.
Built in approximately 1900, the bridge consists of a single stone arch span, with stepped wing walls. While not significantly altered, a concrete lining has been added to the arch, probably sometime around 2000.
Liningd are sometimes added to stone arches to preserve the structural integrity of the structure. It is unknown if the arch was in poor condition, or if adding the lining was preventative maintenance.
Overall, the bridge appears to be in excellent condition, with no significant deterioration noted. Unfortunately, no date was found on the bridge. The author is currently conducting further research on this bridge.

The author has ranked this bridge as being locally significant, due to the common design.
